Appointment

Clients are encouraged to come to their first appointment fifteen (15) minutes early to allow time to fill out intake forms. Thereafter, aiming for five minutes before scheduled treatment time is a good idea to fully enjoy the experience in a calm, relaxed way.  

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment or you will incur a late fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of your treatment. This also applies to no shows. Repeated no shows may result in you being refused future services (at the discretion of the therapist).

Massage therapy is a profession in which practitioners apply manual techniques and manipulate soft tissue with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being.

All treatments are therapeutic and non-sexual. Appropriate draping will be used at all times and the client's breast and pelvic areas will remain draped. Only the part of the body being worked will be undraped. Tidal Rhythm Therapeutics (TRT) reserves the right to end a treatment if overt sexual behavior is observed (without a refund) and to refuse further treatments.

It is outside the scope of practice for TRT to diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical disorder. TRT does not prescribe medical treatment.
